What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers in need of IT outsourcing or team
  • extension services
  • Represent our company in client meetings, online calls, and networking events
  • Collaborate with our delivery center in Lviv to align client needs with technical capabilities
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Develop company’s sales and market strategy with the board
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights
What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience in business development, IT sales, or consulting
  • Strong network of contacts in tech, digital, or enterprise sectors within DACH
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently on a commission-only model
  • Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well organized and rigorous
  • Based in Zurich, Berlin, or Vienna, with the ability to travel locally if needed
